Chocolate! Staying at Rio Muchacho (http://www.riomuchaco.com) as a paying guest before becoming a volunteer, I got to harvest, roast and grind cocoa together with sugar, add a little milk over heat and eat over fresh pineapple and banana. There's plenty to go round and word soon spreads.
